CoViD 19 created the perfect storm, challenging the world to view and see itself differently. To more adequately prepare for our nation’s and the world’s future, now more than ever, requires new innovative ideas, a new synergy to tackle and resolve long standing challenges and a strategy designed to provide enduring hope to children and families.
It was around day 50 of the CoViD 19 pandemic, in New York, Chicago, Detroit, Georgia, and many other urban communities, when it became evident that the most vulnerable and the most affected were not only our seniors citizens, but the marginalized, immune compromised and minorities (MIMs). The statistics were alarming, shocking, and even embarrassing. Thusly, BRAG was born. It is with your help and through this collaborative effort, BRAG will help local communities address systemic challenges revealed by CoViD19 and help families and communities heal.
